10 minutes to healthy-stir fry recipe!

Very excitingly, (after months of telling people that we are too busy saving to go on holiday this year) We have had a big change of heart (and circumstance) and we are going away!

So with the holiday plans are the dreaded words that strike fear into the heart of most girls 'bikini body ready' Its time to fix-up my eating plan and exerciser regime ready for a week on a beech!

I thought id start this by included a super healthy dish that is absolutely dead easy to make, crammed full  of  more vegetables than you can possible imagine and ridiculously quick and easy to make. Perfect after a long day at work and a gym session!

Stir Fry Recipe:

Step 1.

Cut up spring onion, garlic, fresh ginger and a couple of birds eye chilies.

Step 2. Instead of using olive oil I like to use the slightly healthier option, coconut oil! Plus the slight coconut flavor compliments this dish brilliantly.

Step 3. I add a whole selection of vegetables, it really don't matter what you put it as long as you like it. On this occasion i went for: Red and yellow peppers.

 ...Mushrooms...

 ....Asparagus, green beans....

...Cabbage..

Step 4. I then added some fillet steak, although any meat would be great. Or you can leave it out entirely.

Step 5. A good splash of gluten free soy sauce

Step 6. Break up some gluten free straight to wok rice noodles and add to your dish.

Step 7. Give the whole thing a good stir and make sure your meat etc is cooked through!

Step 8. Serve!

Let me know how you get on, or any variations you would include!

Bon Appetite!
