cooking with frank and a vegetarian lasagne recipe

I've had one of those pretty perfect Saturdays where I have had the house to myself, some cooking to do and some Frank Sinatra to sing along to.

We have lots of family and friends about this bank holiday weekend and tonight we are all having a big meal with lots and lots of lasagne. I was put in charge of making the vegetarian one (we are catering to lots of dietarty requirments) so fingers crossed it comes out good.

The recipime I followed goes something like this:

-fry off as many different types of mushrooms as you fancy in butter.
-set to one side and use the same pan to make a simple bechamel sauce. To this add spinach, 2 cloves of garlic and nutmeg.
-layer up your lasagne and cover the top with a generous layer of gryer cheese.
-pop in the oven for about 30/40 minutes and serve!  :)
