Personality Tests, are you compatible?

This week at work we were asked to test drive a personality test out.

We got our results back yesterday and mine looked a bit like this: 

I absolutely think that this sums up my personality pretty well. Whats even more interesting though is if you compare my results to Tom's results! 

In the past I have tended to go out with guys that have a very different personality to mine. I used to think that I needed a louder more confident (alpha) partner to make up for my more introverted nature, and they do say opposites attract, however I think there is a reason that they have never worked out. 

I've always felt like we never quite 'got' each other and a lack of understanding on both sides has lead to frustration, anger and fundamentally a break down in communication. 

I feel like Tom gets me and I get him. If he does something I know why, because it's probably the same thing that I would do. There is no need to explain or justify our actions to each other, or feel in some way guilty for the way we choose to behave. 

I think me and Tom are pretty perfectly matched and this personality test kind of just proves what I already knew! I couldn't really be happier! :)

I'd love to know where people stand on the whole compatibility front, are you attracted to opposite or like minded people!?
