kick starting the holiday fitness

The Holiday is booked! The new trainers are out and the hard work starts now!



The healthy eating has already started, now for the hard bit, the holiday exercise!

Me and Tom have been meaning to step up our exercise regime for a while now and booking our holiday has provided us with the ideal motivation we both needed! We started off with a little run near Tom's house, we have walked this route a few times before but we are stepping it up a notch by making it our new running route!

I can't believe how lucky we are to have such a beautiful back drop to train in and I cannot weight to get back my exercise buzz!

I got really into running just after my holiday last year and I was working super hard on my fitness, really pushing myself . I was in the gym a lot and when I wasn't I was out climbing up hills. All of this had to be put on hold when I got ill and although I haven't lost it completely my fitness levels took an absolute beating. I'm nervous about how hard it will be to get back to that level but I am determined to do my best!

I'l keep you updated of our progress over the next couple of months, wish us luck!
