We are back from an amazing week of sun, sea, sand and doing absolutely nothing! As far as 'first holidays together' go it was pretty special and the weather was amazing!, Crete was having a mini heatwave which broke the day we came home.
It's funny how taking a break from your everyday life gives you some perspective on things, it is also a nice way of realising all of the things you miss! By the end of every holiday I am usually ready to come home, for my own bed and a proper brew.
In fact the first thing we did when we landed was drive straight to the supermarket so that I could buy so many lovely ingredients, because the thing that I really truly missed the most whilst we were away was cooking.
I came back feeling refreshed and ready to crack on with lots of new and exciting things! (although maybe one more week would have been nice!?)
Over our big home made feats we went through all of our lovely holiday photo's: Instead of boring everyone with a list of everything we got up to, I thought I would pick some of my favourite pictures of the best bits and just share those.
