Gluten Free Bread Recipe!

When I went gluten free the first thing I was warned about was the bread. You can get pretty much anything gluten free if you look hard enough, but gluten free bread (although widely available) is not really any good...in-fact I usually only ever toast it.

For my first Gluten free Christmas my parents got me an absolutely incredibly gift. They got me my very own bread maker! It is pretty incredibly. All you need to do is measure out some ingredients, put them in, press a few buttons and in three hours you have lovely hot and home made bread! You can even set a timer on it so you could wake your self up with fresh made bread!...like an incredible bread-y alarm clock!...so yeah I'm in love!

Unfortunately there isn't that much room for it in my parents kitchen and it has kinda been shoved to the back of the cupboard for the last few months, However the other day (inspired by bake-off!) I decided it was time to start making bread again!

The gluten free recipe I follow still needs some perfecting and is a little bit dense, but it beats shop bought gluten free hands down!

The recipe I follow looks a little bit like this:

700g gluten free floyr
2 eggs
3 table spoons olive oil
2 tsp sugar
2 tsps yeast
pinch of salt
400ml water

Let me know if you have a good gluten free bread recipie

thank you for reading :)
