New Cookbook For Everyday Healthy Feasts!

I don't often do book reviews, especially cook book reviews, but I have decided that's a little bit silly given that they are my favourite type of book and I have a large and growing collection of them!

I am constantly on the look out for new cookbooks, I love them! I love the big heavy, useful feel of them, the beautiful pictures of food and the places that they come from and I love the endless recipe inspiration that they supply. So yeah I am a bit of a cook-book geek!

The newest addition to my collection is Everyday Super-food by Jamie Oliver.



I am a big Jamie Oliver fan any-ways and a large proportion of my collection is by him! But they are mostly recipe books that I save for special occasions.

As soon as I heard about this book I knew I wanted it in my life. I try very hard to eat healthily most of the time and being healthy is really really important to me!

It is hard to come up with new and exciting recipes for every night of the week that are also healthy and relatively cheep. This book provides me with so much inspiration for a nice and healthy lifestyle.

So far my favourite recipes have been pretty much any involving quinoa and the kiwi, lime and chilli salsa is amazing! I have also made some of the yummy raw fruit and nut snacks for when I get home from work and I can't weight to make the porridge bars next. I'l try include some of these attempts in  future blog posts!

...Of course I still turn to some of his other books when I want to cook up weekend treats!
